You have NO CONTRACT with us. Our goal is to earn your business each and every month. If at anytime you aren’t happy with our service, you can cancel your account.

Your site will be based on web standards which will optimize your site to be found by all the modern search engines.

Due to our current demand, you will have a proof of your basic site within 5 business days of completing your profile. Once the proof is approved, your site will be online within 5 more business days. Custom Design does take a little bit of time but we promise to make it worth it!

We take all the information you give us in your profile and create a custom site for your restaurant. Tell us as much as you can and you’ll get something back that totally fits the bill.

Would you serve the same menu as the bar down the street? So don’t use the same website template either. In this day and age most people search a restaurant online before they visit for the first time. Webstaurant Design will help you make a great first impression.

You can change the look of the site at any time you want. We can put your site through the original design process again for the same cost as the initial design setup.

Webstaurant Design is there with you for the long haul. After your site is live we are here to make any content changes you need.

You can update your site as often as you like. We currently promise any changes submitted by Friday at 5pm CST, will be updated by the following Wednesday at 5pm CST. Often times changes are much faster than that but we can’t guarantee anything faster than that.

If you don’t have a logo, let us recommend InGroupDesign. We happen to know they will do a great job for you.

If you choose to host your site somewhere else, we would be happy to transfer your domain name for you.

We set you up with a Google Apps account. We will create up to 3 accounts for you. We have tried hundreds of mail clients and haven’t found anything better than the Gmail interface.

We accept all major credit cards. Our program is prepaid every month which makes it hard to work with anything other than a credit card.

Just trust us, it is… Actually we will do all we can to prove it to you. We send a weekly summary of how your site is performing. If you have a site that gives directions to your location and what is going on at your location, you can pretty much assume you are gaining business from the site.
